Directions to Saint Francis Hospital Poughkeepsie, New York

From either north or south:
Take NYS Thruway to Exit 18 (New Paltz Exit) to Route 229 East. Make a right onto Route 299 from the exit, continue to Route 9W South (a T-intersection; to right at the light). Look for signs for Mid-Hudson Bridge and cross the bridge. Take the first exit off the bridge (Hyde Park, Wappingers Falls). Stay to the left and watch for signs to Route 9 North, Hyde Park. Take Route 9 to Marist Drive (an extreme right turn from the right turn lane just before the first light, opposite Marist College). Go past the first left turn; the entrance to the hospital is several hundred feet on the left.

From Taconic State Parkway North:
Take Taconic State Parkway North to Route 55 West, Poughkeepsie. Continue approximately 8 miles into Poughkeepsie. At the Market Street light (Sheraton Hotel/Civic Center on left and City Hall on right), take a right to the T-intersection (facing Poughkeepsie Post Office). Go left, then turn right at the Mobil Station (Washington Street). Continue to the hospital entrance on the right.

From the west:
Take Route I-84 East to Route 9W North to the Mid-Hudson Bridge. Cross the bridge and take the first exit (Hyde Park, Wappingers Falls). Stay to the left and watch for signs to Route 9 North, Hyde Park. Take Route 9 to Marist Drive (an extreme right turn from the right turn lane just before the first light, opposite Marist College). Go past the first left turn; the entrance to the hospital is several hundred feet on the left.

Directions to Phelps Memorial Office, Sleepy Hollow, New York

From New Jersey, Rockland, and other points west:
Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge; keep right when approaching the tollbooths. Take the first exit on the right, Route 9, and at the end of the ramp, turn right to go north on Route 9. The hospital is 3 miles north on the left.

Traveling west from White Plains or Connecticut:
Take the Cross Westchester Expressway (287 West) to Exit 3, the Sprain Brook Parkway north. Take the Sprain, which becomes the Taconic State Parkway (follow the signs toward Albany). Take the first exit off the Taconic, Pleasantville-Route 117. At the end of the ramp, turn left at the traffic light onto Route 117, then continue west 3 miles. Use the left lane to go to Rockwood Road; the first left turn on Rockwood Road is the Hospital entry road.

From the north:
Take Route 9 south to Sleepy Hollow. Phelps is on the right just south of the junction of Route 9 and Route 117.

Alternate route:
Take Route 9A south to Route 117 (exit is from the left lane). At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 117 and continue west for 3 miles. Use the left lane to go to Rockwood Road; the first left turn on Rockwood Road is the Hospital entry road.
